WHY?

Why I must be so over-confident!!!!
Just because of that stupid feeling I've flunked everything. I just thought that Form 4 would be easy because all my friends (now Form 5) all had felt down. So I thought it would be okay to go head on taking in everything with a positive mind. I thought that i knew everything (averagely) but it turns out that its not.

I know that on my last post I said that I'll study just to get marks which are satisfying. Well looks like I have to work harder just to reach that ranking.

What I lack in my studies?
I lack in many different ways. One thing is insufficient exercise (mentally not physically). Arrange up my time. I have to know where I want to go and not to drift away just because of a particular friend. I have to learn to say no to unnecessary actions that will trouble me. Sometimes being inactive in terms of extracurricular activities will be good. Cause I feel like I am trapped in a spider's web saying "what a mess have I got myself into".

What I am gonna do?
I am gonna reduce my activities right now. As in no longer sign up in school activities except for those which I have already pledged my commitment to. Pray that my burdens will be lighten. Not gonna under estimate exams anymore SPM is SPM. Study!!!!

Wonderful World

Don't know much about history
Don't know much biology
Don't know much about a science book
Don't know much about the french I took

But I do know that I love you
And I know that if you love me too
What a wonderful world this would be

Don't know much about geography
Don't know much trigonometry
Don't know much about algebra
Don't know what a slide rule is for

But I do know that one and one is two
And if this one could be with you
What a wonderful world this would be

Now I don't claim to be an "A" student
But I'm trying to be
So maybe by being an "A" student baby
I can win your love for me

Don't know much about history
Don't know much biology
Don't know much about a science book
Don't know much about the french I took

But I do know that I love you
And I know that if you love me too
What a wonderful world this would be

La ta ta ta ta ta ta
(History)
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
(Biology)
La ta ta ta ta ta ta
(Science book)
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
(French I took)

But I do know that I love you
And I know that if you love me too
What a wonderful world this would be

Yeah!!! Back On9

Even though I was online during my exam. I didn't do anything serious such as using the computer for a long period of time. Well except for DOTA but that was only 1 game.

So exam was grand. I had a few difficult questions but i had my machine gun at the ready, don't worry for I didn't use it often. My most unique tembak was for essay questions. Indeed most of the SPM format has a lot of essays to be done. Well as for maths and add maths we had to write long equations, mine was like 3/4 of an A4 paper.

Having Mr. Thomas as our principal well still getting used to it. But I can't get used to having schools on Saturday. What was the school thinking having a month full of Saturday-schooling. Some say Mr. Thomas is to blame cause some people knew people from Kuching High (his previous workplace) said he always choose Saturday to have school. What about school activities?
Is he trying to say that we have to be all-brains and no brawns at all?

Well, whatever it is. If any school teachers are reading this blog well let this be clear. Allow only 1 school replacement on Saturday per month, to make way for after school activities and tuition (students best friend). Why? Cause your gonna kill the students for giving them lack of sleep. Yes! Cause you see they need to do their homework and revision add to that they daily activities. which usually have them sleeping at 11pm-12am. Then wake up again at 5.30am or early to prepare for school. Having sleep less than 8 hours could possibly kill a person, shorter life span, I read it somewhere.

So let there be no more school on Saturday, if for exam then its reasonable.

Sigh, a lot of new movies came out this month and i didn't even watch 1. Really need to find an activity i can stick with and be commited to. Time management is important!!!!

So, have a great day ahead. Update sooner or later.

Sekian Terima kasih,
XoXo

Voice of Truth - Casting Crowns

Oh,what I would do to have
the kind of faith it takes
To climb out of this boat I'm in
Onto the crashing waves
To step out of my comfort zone
Into the realm of the unknown
Where Jesus is,
And he's holding out his hand

But the waves are calling out my name
and they laugh at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The waves they keep on telling me
time and time again
"Boy, you'll never win,
you'll never win."

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
the voice of truth says "do not be afraid!"
and the voice of truth says "this is for my glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

Oh, what I would do
to have the kind of strength it takes
To stand before a giant
with just a sling and a stone
Surrounded by the sound
of a thousand warriors
shaking in their armor
Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand

But the giant's calling out
my name and he laughs at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The giant keeps on telling me
time and time again
"Boy you'll never win,
you'll never win."

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
the voice of truth says "do not be afraid!"
and the voice of truth says "this is for my glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

But the stone was just the right size
to put the giant on the ground
and the waves they don't seem so high
from on top of them looking down
I will soar with the wings of eagles
when I stop and listen to the sound of Jesus
singing over me

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
The voice of truth says "do not be afraid"
And the voice of truth says "this is for my glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me (calling out to me)
I will choose to listen and believe (I will choose to listen and believe)
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

I will listen and believe
I will listen and believe the voice of truth
I will listen and believe
'Cause Jesus you are the voice of truth
And I will listen to you.. oh you are

KYCS Kopi Morning

It was truly a wonderful day for a Kopi Morning that day... Morning of Sunday on the 8th of March... As usual I was on duty as photographer, promoter and Kopi salesman (a new hobby made by James) lol...

I came there @ round 7am... while everyone came at 5.45am... cause I was not properly informed bout the time... but still.... better late than never...

We had this Kopi Morning to raise funds for our YCS - Asian Session and Council (Young Christian Students - Asian Session and Council)... it is held every 3 years around the world and Kuching, Sarawak was blessed enough to be the host city for this event... so people from South East Asia (from what I heard) will be coming to Kuching.

The event went well and we had a great amount of funds with it... we are indeed very grateful to all who came and supported our event... and who would've thought that even Empowered will come and lend a hand... Thank You all...

So to sum this post up... here are the pictures of the event.

Early in the morning, ppl prepared for war... lol

What would kopi morning be without a cup of coffee... its free some more...

The area after mass... alot of people...

St. Theresa preparing their calling... involves lots of screaming... lols

People enjoying their meals...

The St. Joseph Secondary School collaboration with Sungai Tapang masters the drink stall...

McDonald has Ronald McDonald, KFC has Colonel Kuntucky... but we have James

Sayang Bac-Chang... lols...

Enjoy kid...

I am selling KOLO MEE!!!!!

Bryan Yap never stops smilling...

Unique hands...

How many colours?

We love you too Alan

The KYCS Family and Empowered with the L-A-H (Lend A Hand) Banner...

So to sum up... we had a tiring but blessed day... I sempat meet new friends and catch up with old ones...

My funniest moments there was when it was after the BM mass... a man showed me our KYCS Kopi Morning flyer ( which says Kopi A.M.) and that was when i was at the coffee stall... promoting coffee... and he asked me "Di mana Kopi am?"... and i was like "apa?... kopi am?... ini bukan kopi am encik tapi in Kopi A.M..."... then i showed him that the coffee was free.... and that's it...

Jus goes to show that we have to make things clear when we are about to promote a certain event....

And thats not all... after the BM mass... it was though talking in BM wen among ur friends ur talking in English... and I am sure that all of us had a prob too...
At least I didn't promote anything after the Mandarin mass... if i wan I would be going "Wo Pu Che Tau".... haha

So thats all ppl... tis month's theres exam... so i'll be less online and updating... hope so...
